JUNGLE collects your personal data either personally or directly when you complete the registration form and/or sign a contract with JUNGLE, via email, or through your interaction with the JUNGLE.GOLF website when registering and activating your electronic account. Our website has a default high-privacy setting, considering the paramount importance of childhood. JUNGLE will only use your personal data for the minimum necessary time to provide you with the contracted services and benefits.
For the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, we require the following personal data, which are strictly necessary to provide services to children and adolescents participating in JUNGLE programs and who register only through their parents or guardians. JUNGLE does not directly collect data from minors:
Identification Data: Information that allows us to differentiate you from others, including your name, handwritten or electronic signature, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), and a copy of a document proving your identity (Voter ID, passport, military service card), and nationality. If you are a minor, we will also obtain all these details from your parents or guardians, along with your birth certificate. We will also collect your estimated high school graduation date.
Contact Data: Information that allows us to stay in touch with you or your parents or guardians and provide the agreed services with JUNGLE. This includes your address, email, home phone number, other contact numbers, and social media account details.
Financial Data: JUNGLE does not collect financial data.
If this information is not provided, we will not be able to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract you entered into with JUNGLE. JUNGLE does not collect sensitive data. If this situation changes, we will notify you in advance before obtaining such data and request your explicit consent or that of your parents or guardians if you are a minor.
You may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time so that JUNGLE ceases to use them. Manage your golf player profile on the JUNGLE.GOLF website, visible to JUNGLE staff.

Manage your account.
Provide your data to third parties to fulfill all obligations mentioned above and connect you with golf coaches or trainers at universities and educational institutions.
Provide player support services.
Implement loyalty and rewards programs.
Your data will also be used for marketing, statistical, advertising, market research, commercial prospecting, and sending personalized offers and product recommendations.
