By registering and becoming part of the JUNGLE membership, the user (the "Member") expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as any future modifications that JUNGLE may make and communicate through official channels.
JUNGLE is a platform that connects junior golf players with college coaches through a digital profile featuring statistics, tournament history, and performance videos. The membership includes:
- Access to a personal player profile on the platform.
- Participation in tournaments organized or endorsed by JUNGLE.
- Direct connection with U.S. college coaches.
- Data storage and performance analytics.
- Global exposure opportunities through partners such as AJGA, WAGR, and Junior Golf
The membership is intended for junior players between the ages of 11 and 18. Registration must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or representative if the user is a minor.
By joining JUNGLE, the Member authorizes the use of their sports, personal, and image data for evaluation, promotion, statistics, coach connection, and dissemination on official JUNGLE channels and strategic partners.
Data may be shared with third parties only for purposes related to the platform's objectives(coaches, universities, federations, sponsors, and media).
By registering for a tournament, the Member agrees that:
- Their statistics will be collected to enhance their digital profile.
- Photos, videos, and results may be used in JUNGLE's media.
- Players must comply with each tournament's rules and youth conduct code.
JUNGLE is not responsible for injuries, accidents, medical expenses, or losses occurring during tournaments or related activities. The Member or their legal representative releases JUNGLE, its organizers, partners, and affiliates from all liability.
- The JUNGLE membership is valid for one (1) calendar year, i.e., twelve (12) months from the date of initial payment.
- Upon expiration, the membership will automatically renew based on the payment plan selected at the time of registration (monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual), unless the Member requests cancellation before the renewal date.
- The Member is responsible for keeping their billing information and payment method up to date. If automatic billing fails, JUNGLE reserves the right to temporarily suspend platform access until payment is regularized.
- Membership payments are n on-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy issued by JUNGLE.
JUNGLE reserves the right to cancel any membership if the user:
- Provides false or incomplete information.
- Violates internal rules or conduct codes.
- Acts against the values and principles of the JUNGLE community.
All content created by JUNGLE (platform, tournaments, videos, analytics, logos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of the organization. Use without express written permission is prohibited.
JUNGLE may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the registered email or the platform.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
Since most users are minors, the parent or legal guardian declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor. They also authorize the use of the minor's data, image, videos, and other information as outlined in this document.
